When building client decks at Gensler we honed in on our prospective clients, combining our visual languages and messaging to give our materials a personal touch.

Two stand outs were Casa De Campo and The Londoner. Casa was a large, multi office project. Redefining the luxury resort brand required deep understanding of the brief and a considered tone. We researched the existing resort, the Dominican Republic way of life, and the wants of their customer base. The results lead us to a new question beyond our initial research - how to define luxury? Our response answered this through physical and digital outcomes.

The Londoner was an exercise in balancing local references and humour with clear visuals, that showcased the power of clarity of idea over complex design structures.
